Module 3: Filling & Processing
The hard work is through. Let’s get these jars processed and on the shelf.
Place the jars back into the canner on a canning rack. Never place them directly onto the bottom of a pan.
Make sure the water in your canner is covering the jars by 1 to 2 inches. Bring water to a rolling boil then start your timer once you reach a boil. Process for the time stated in your recipe. Don’t forget to adjust for altitude if needed.
